Her can-do attitude, bravery, selflessness, love and true commitment to others and her community was the hallmark of legacy.
The Iona May Thomas recognizes a commmunity leader annually for their commitment to family and the community in acknowledginging that as a society our achievements are shaped by the strenght of the foundation we set and thus highlighting those who orients the future of the next generation.
The Community Leader Award recognizes inspiring leaders, influential mentors, and those that advocate for their fellow citizens. This award is dedicated to the extraordinary leaders within our community that go above and beyond the call of duty and stand tall as a beacon of hope and inspiration.

Students who consistently perform well academically are recognized for their strong academic performance annually.
